Tav is not captain material

It's an old cliche, but Sir Alex was right when he said goals win you games but defence wins you titles. 
We've had 3 of the same back 4 now for 4 years, they've failed more than they've succeeded. 
We should cut our losses now. Get Barasic back to Croatia, Goldson to the English Championship and Tav? Fuck knows, maybe a team in Saudi/Qatar will be stupid enough to put a bid in. 
Tav has never been a leader. You can see it in his press conferences, he's about as inspiring as a dose of the shites.

His persona isn't that of a Rangers manager, his signings were terrible and he just did not seem to be able to get his ideas across the players on the field. 
Beale is our version of Ian Cathro. A well thought of coach who turned out to be a pretty poor manager. He isn't the first and won't be the last to find that out. He will probably do well again as a first team coach in future.
I don't wish the guy bad, but he has done a fair bit of damage with his summer signings.

Like the idea of that Papszun, but I think we desperately need a director of football in first that knows what he's doing.
