Would the majority of fans be willing to accept another year in the Championship should Cathro fail to get us promoted and would Cathro be allowed to continue to rebuild the following season? I don't think they would and we'd need to be prepared for him trying to get to grips with the role and potentially failing. We'd need to give someone as untested, but clearly as talented as him, time to get things right. I can't see the board accepting another year in the Championship either or allowing him time to rebuild as mentioned, we can't afford that.
