  1. Like it or not we as a club were owned by CW. He done wrong therefore the club done wrong.
  2. They have done nothing wrong, legally. CW on the other hand unlawfully withheld taxes due. Starbucks uk operation has posted losses every year it has operated in the uk. This is mainly due to clever accounting and ensures they don't have to pay Corperation Tax. As far as I am aware they have paid thei NI and PAYE contributions as is required of them. Nothing illegal at all as far as I am aware. Whether it is immoral is a totally separate issue. Making a comparison between Starbucks and Rangers' situation is a non starter for me.
  3. You're like a dog with a bone. Keep up the great work
  4. An old aquaintance of mine carried out some work at Saville's house in Glencoe about 10 (approx) years ago. Now Donald was a likeable soul who in turn liked everyone. I have never heard him speak about anyone like he spoke about Saville. He met him once and once only and felt nothing but hatred for him. From the minute Donald arrived at his house until the minute he left Saville spouted a stream of sick jokes about young girls. I had no reason to not believe Donald back then and this latest news only confirms that he was telling the truth about this vile piece of scum.
  5. Fuck that mate. Gaelic is one of my pet peevs. We shouldn't be spending money to appease less than 1% of the population.
  6. On the face of it coming out to close down the defender looked standard fare for a goalkeeper. On closer inspection though his timing and positioning was spot on. Also his reflex reaction to kick the ball away was outstanding. It would have been so easy to miss it then the defender runs in to him and its a certain red card. He showed great agility to get down to his post later in the game too.
  7. Its all down to two things imo, fitness and money. The players in the lower leagues, for the most part, are at a similar skill level to the average SPL player. As the media are so fond of reminding us a lot of these guys are tradesman; plumbers, joiners, sparkys, etc. and are earning good money at their chosen trade topped up with a small wage from the football. If these guys were to become full time footballers they would take a big drop in overall earnings and as such choose to stay where they are. As a result of staying part time their fitness levels are lower than full time players but in matches against us the 'cup final effect' negates this lack of fitness as we have seen several times already this season. Some of the tackling can be questionable but you can't argue with the overall skill levels we have come up against so far.
  8. Seen it many's a time bud. I can't remember who the manager was, maybe the Wee General or Big Eck, but we made an announcement at the start of a season that we wouldn't put the ball out of play for an injury.
  9. Can't agree with you. The rules are clear the ref only stops it if its a head knock. I've seen us play on quite often with an opponent down and it's not questioned. It's a mans game ffs.
  10. I saw the back page of the DR in work earlier and had a wee chuckle to myself.
  11. No squad numbers in SFL so teams must be numbered 1-11 and subs 12-17. No way round it.
  12. You sound like a broken record with this sort of retort but it is the sort of attitude we need. The more we debate this as a support the more credence it gives to their argument that we have done something wrong.
  13. I had you down as a wrong un from when you joined but I was wrong you've contributed some good stuff in your short time here. All I can say is sorry and keep up the good work.
  14. Got season tickets for the whole family in BR. Haven't been able to attend yet but can't wait to go.
  15. I refuse to read the scum so I haven't read this article. Do they have actual evidence or are we all believing 'an unnamed source' story?
