  1. Thanks for that mate, great send off for our hero.
  2. To get the best effect in pronouncing Ng, it is best to imagine the sound one makes when forcing out a reluctant torpedo, it helps if you scrunch up your face and clamp your teeth down. Disclaimer; This works when one puts effort into it, and it also helps one to forget the original OP, but no warranty can be given if a person shits himself.
  3. Really cool mate, bit of class there.
  4. Half of them should have been docked 50% wages for not turning up at some of the games.
  5. Wonderful memory, and didn't we do a lovely huddle, the football on display that day was first class, what a way to win a title, and no better/worse place than at the tottie field.
  6. Makes you think that getting players from the lower divisions should have been the prudent choice, but no, we go the opposite way and allow the manager to take his pick, and end up paying over the odds for overweight, overrated, and ultimately, overpaid, underachievers. Whoever let this happen must have been a shrewd operator, and must by all means be rewarded for his negotiating skills, I don't think.
  7. RFC52 and Mr. Brightside: Those two posts must be the most uplifting posts on RM for a very long time, and in the same thread as well. Two brilliant posts that bring the supporter into focus, and put the rest in the shadow, well done lads, you are the soul of our club, and are what makes us the special club we are.
  8. Was watching it on the TV, it was nerve racking, when Nacho scored i was over the moon, could hardly sleep it was mental. All that night I could hear happy bears coming home from the various places they had watched the game from, it was like being on holiday, what a feeling.
  9. I would put it to them, the more shares you have the less questions asked, as by buying shares, you have declared your intentions to seriously be willing to partake fully in Rangers, and not just be mouthing off and threatening to be involved, like noisy children. Well done again VB's.
  10. Great guy, and a half decent manager considering the restrictions he was under, loves the Rangers, but that is not enough to be calling him back now. New blood is needed when we choose our next manager, and hopefully we get the right man to move us forward.
  11. You picked me up wrong, of course it was good of them, but to say you don't like Greenock, but are prepared to take help from the local team is disingenuous to the people of the area, check where I now live mate.
  12. A Giant of a Man, A Giant of a Player, A Giant loss to young and old in the Rangers family. :ukflag:
  13. Nice article Quinty, and it shows what a player he was in his day. That can never be disputed, and he will always be a legend for his services as one of the greatest player's we will ever see at Ibrox, thanks for the memory.
  14. Definitely the best in their day, unlucky not to have had a european trophy to round them off as the greatest Rangers team ever.
  15. Spot on mate, get it done, Sandy did so much for the club and it would be great if it was in pride of place at Sandy Jardine Park, (formerly Auchenhowie) :7325: .
  16. Not his biggest fan, but he did play well on Saturday so fair play to him. If the coaching he receives at Auchenhowie is not up to scratch, then I don't see any great amount of youth getting any sort of run out in the future, and if this persists, it will be all uphill for any youth player unless they show uncanny skill. This lad is only here because of circumstance and I will need to see much more improvement before I am convinced he is of Rangers' quality.
  17. Well done mate, your hard work has been rewarded, and you have given even more recognition to an already iconic figure. Great to hear of good works being carried out by unselfish Rangers fans who know what our history is all about, and Bobby Brown will be well chuffed, and he deserves all the recognition for his services to his community, his country and of course his club. again mate, well done.
  18. Thanks for he update D'art, keep at them bud and let them know this will not go away.
  19. Was a nap, well done Lee, can't wait to see you win it again next season.
