He's ingrained in the Ajax way of doing things and the last thing we need is a more high profile version of Warburton in the sense that he's going to obsess over playing the perfect brand of football all the time.
We need a manager who can get us well organised, make us hard to beat and make the best out of what he has and I don't think de Boer fits that criteria at all.

Miller was told to take a wee break from football, spend family time, not even come suited and booted to thistle away. I said at the time there was more to it, this was just after an international break where every player got at least 4 days off.
Roll on to the bheast game. The manager has named a captain, and the first action Miller does on entering the field is obtain the armband. That's wrong. Whether Dorrans or Miller or both to blame for us is unclear.
But I reckon for Pedro it's very clear, and he's had enough of Billy big baws who is involved in pretty much everything other than creating and scoring goals.
I've long said playing Miller would cost him his job. Well if he's going to lose it then at least he's going out fighting and doing the right thing re Miller.

The media have had the Knifes out for Pedro since he was appointed. He hasn't helped it with poor results, If he has went through the team on Saturday then good they deserve it. 
I don't think Pedro is the man but If he can win a trophy beat the tarriers and finish 2nd then this season then it would be seen as a success. 
We should aim to win a cup this year we haven't won a major trophy for 6 years if Pedro could deliver a trophy this at least would be something to point to and say he was worth keeping because right now Pedro doesn't have many reasons to keep hold of him. 

Whatever the process it's not doing this manager any favours.

my point is that when smith came back he had to make sensible tweaks as you say, because he had so many other good options in other areas he could focus on the tweaks, he got weir and ehiogu and thomson because he already had the spine of a team there, smith spent 2million quid on a midfielder when he already had ferguson (scottish internationalist) and hemdani (former uefa cup winner with marseilles), pedro arrived to not one single part f the team that was good enough for challenging the tarriers, that cant be fixed with 8million quid and fuck all in wages

Morelos and Candeias are 2 brilliant signings from Caixinha. 
Miller has fucked up almost everything he has touched in his half but had a wee role in the goal. Get him off for Herrera or Pena though pls

Played the first one and really enjoyed it ,the story is a bit patchy its no Halo but its a cool idea for a shooter. I will deffo get it for my pc and play it at 4k it should look stunning.
