I said in my last post I quoted you in (that you ignored) why it's crazy as you've mentioned the person who's did the most damage to us and the chairman who's current and you like. It's a radical comparison and then you wrongly say they're our last two chairmen.
Regarding Houston .. the hatred for him? his group promoting boycotts, his group being responsible for attacking Ibrox and assaulting older staff members, him on social media reporting Rangers fans to the Police and encouraging others to do the same, him asking his fenian pal on social media if he can come with him to Barcelona for the Celtic game (despite his lies to the contraray) and his lies about tied into Lion Brand (I asked him about it on Facebook one time and he made a big speech saying that's never been the case and within minutes I had 3 message requests and it was people I didn't know with screen shots from his Sons Of Struth account confirming the Lion Brand deal/s) ... he's a liar and an embarrasment and an ego maniac. 

There are more than enough 'quality' candidates and the abuse he receives is reflecting back the abuse he, and his acolytes, handed out to others. He reaps what he has sown.
Have you ever tried to 'constructively criticise' him? He isn't, in any way, receptive and has a distinct inability to enter a debate.

Hearts were saved by Ann Budge, not the fans. They were unable to raise suficient funds to keep the club going. I will give you your point about Dunfermline but it also proves my point that they are, at best, a mid table championship team. That is not what I expect of Rangers.
You use Swansea as an example; they are not under FO. Wimbledon are a third tier club, again we have been there recently and it is not Rangers' standards.
I see SD as the organisation which facilitated the abomination that is Club 1872 so do not expect me to fall down and worship them as the panacea for all ills. What positive effect have they had in Scottish football? It is in the worst state that I have seen it in over 60 years of being a Bear. There are too many "senior" clubs for a country our size when society has changed and grounds which used to be full every Saturday are now lucky to attract a couple of thousand, if that.
Your final paragraph is where we are in total agreement. We do need a united voice but without the need for shares, projects, etc. These can be catered for by separate bodies whose constituent members wish to follow that route.
Finally, if you have to resort to personal insults, then it is you who is writhing about.

Why not retain your own shares and proxy your votes to an organisation set up to represent shareholders as a bloc. It would mean that the group would have to take account of the members' wishes if it wanted the proxies for any particular vote at an AGM/EGM. You could still have a fund to purchase shares but thes would be allocated to members on a pro rata basis according to subscriptions.

Some years ago I travelled through to Edinburgh to attend, what I considered, a very important meeting. I was not alone in that assumption as the original premises were inadequate for the numbers who turned up. In view of the importance of the subject, and to try to accomodate all, the meeting was adjourned and re-convened a couple of weeks later in the Usher Hall.
If any member turns up for this meeting and is refused entry on the grounds of capacity, surely the meeting cannot proceed as it then means that members are being denied their say. So much for OMOV. Yet another falsehood perpitrated by RF/Club 1872.
