  1. the goals are on the Bears Den on one of the match related threads.
  2. I would rather get dundee utd as they are not going to make the final and it would be sweet to give them a hiding. If we do meet ceptic final or semis I look forward to giving them a good hard dose of reality.
  3. And he will get to be booed several times next season. I'm sure he enjoyed today and is looking forward to teaching us new boys a lesson in how to play premiership football.
  4. their manager comes across as an arrogant wee git. Hope we do the business & put his smirk in the bin.
  5. Do you think the club has any choice? If fans misbehave then the club is better off as they have done everything required of them.
  6. Whenever it happens it will be a formality and a bit of a party. Having led a sheltered life I had to look up what 'spoon burner' meant
  7. yes well, just a few days ago I was one of the 'wait until it's mathematically certain' people but after tonight I think we can all start ordering our WE ARE GOING UP T shirts. Rangers are Champions. Shame Falkirk did not score but otherwise a proper Carlsberg evening.
  8. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rX7wtNOkuHo (Nelson from the Simpsons)
  9. Now that the hibs forum has been unlocked so we can have a peek and laugh at them I find myself impressed that they have already moved on to the real world where they are fighting for second place and the playoffs. There are still some who think the Scottish Cup is doable but in general they are all just desperate to avoid a third year in the championship. Most of them want rid of their manager if they stay down. They are worried about attendances. (they would like 12k crowds not 9k or less). (ps: hib.net is available as a domain name and even has their colours on it trying to tempt someone.)
  10. A GREAT VIDEO and super track. At least I own that album unlike when Jules used 'we look after our own' by Bruce Springsteen. I had to go and buy the album for that one (Wrecking Ball)
  11. I disagree with the original idea. We are playing better football and more importantly we are winning. This whole process is about getting back to where we should be. We are almost back to the top league and a few years away from being a great team. The club has still to recover financially and for now our job is to support the team and the club and get them back to the top. Mr Warburton is doing his job which is to win the league and get automatic promotion.
  12. We are very likely to win this league though I do agree with not getting ahead of ourselves until the Maths agrees. I'm happy for people to have their fun, after all we have been down for the best part of 3 years or more. Interestingly the hibs fans think it's all over, and it probably is. The real challenge is in the Scottish Cup. Can we go further against a better team than killie.
  13. Our manager has the chance of European football (which he will not get in England until much later in his career), maybe next season & almost certainly the one after. It would take a huge sum of money to make him walk out of Ibrox. There's also the fact that he wants to win stuff and he seems to have no trouble dealing with the pressure as he just sticks to the broken record "it's only about Rangers, train well, eat well, analyse, win then on to the next one".
  14. Voted, he is up to 54% so first but keep on voting.
  15. First time I have gotten in first: Bears Den !
  16. As stated your bag with suit is fine but no liquids, flares or dodgy stuff in it. Now to your suit. You need to roll it up so there are no creases or follow one of the YouTube's about folding so it does not get creased.
  17. I missed the game as I was travelling south from Glasgow to home so have only seen the goal. A clean sheet is a good statistic. If QoS had one good chance and did not score then they are just like all the other wee teams that have not learned to just play football instead of 'parking the bus'. We are not able to judge the team properly until we play teams that are able to beat us & want to play. For now we can only get a glimmer of what the players are like. Anyway we are 8 points clear ( a game in hand is not 3 points ) and looking good for the title ! (and the Ramsdens)
  18. The lads need to smarten up. Those club ties need to be properly done up & the top button buttoned, & yes wee Barrie needs to smile. I like listening to the Magic Hat but I don't like the way he nods all the time. And yes I am exceedingly happy about our victory over a premiership club. Shame hits managed the same.
  19. maybe due to being half time? Will hang on to see what happens when 2nd half starts
  20. Here come the teams! The famous Glasgow Rangers led out by captain Lee Wallace and Killie by former Ger Steven Smith - COME ON THE GERS! Killie kick off
  21. The official twitter feed is usually quite good with updates. See @RangersFC Waghorn is in the starting XI
  22. I did a few searches but could not find the Korea ones. I don't think you can get the official tie. I have one that's very similar with the crest on it but it would be nice to have the real deal, not that I get invited to hospitality any more. I found a post from 2010 titled 'Would you like a Rangers tie?' on the forum. Maybe the person who organised the Rangers scarves on here could do the same for the club necktie. Places online will make them with minimum order of 25.
  23. Lots of exotic Gers souvenirs: Grass from Barcelona in '72. I kept it in a pie tray for a while but eventually it gave up. (I also have the original bullfighter poster brought back from the game and one of very few commemorative scarves on sale over there) Rangers matches. Small blue box with blue headed matches. Rangers USB memory stick. Why is it black ? Blow up Rangers player of course. Not a sex toy I might add. Rangers loom band bracelet made for me by a girl from a septic supporting family. Plenty of others but these are the ones that jump out of my memory.
  24. Like any forward he needs to try to get the ball on target somewhere between the posts, then if it does not go in there's a chance for someone else. I think that he is trying to score harder than he should. No reason not to sub him in the second half. Resting him might be counter productive though. The boss knows best.
