Eh? Getting soaked to the skin in any temperature shows commitment. I actually remember when we could light newspapers on the terracing at Ibrox to keep warm (only at half time when there was room) so I assume the OP is becoming a grumpy old man. May as well moan that the fans only went down to Ayr for the game.

Clean sheet !

The website ArsenalFanTV has a breaking news headline that the lad is joining Rangers though the article mentions the other teams as well http://arsenalfantv.com so I'm remaining positive. Loans seem to me a great idea. We are not left with players on contract and can take on new players once we are promoted.

I have been a Rangers supporter for 55 years since my Father took me to Ibrox aged 7. I have been to parkhead exactly ZERO times. Even when I was being offered corporate hospitality I turned it down. I did drive past the place once. Only other ground I have managed to miss is Pittodrie because when I was a lad it was too far for the supporters bus to go & return in a day.

I'm also Ian Ferguson and I'm from Barrhead (now living in England though). Barrie was very entertaining when he had lots of games in the 3rd div so I'm glad to see him back in the team.

Another Day... Another Defaming Headline
IanFerguson2013 replied to DeanMK's topic in Jimmy Bell's Kitroom
It's all been said already really but the Scottish press have really got their knickers in a twist here. 'Young black player is racially abused' could have been their story but, no they make entertaining football the crime. I will run out of newspapers I can read online eventually. The lad tried to show the manager and the crowd that he has skills. We enjoyed his time on the park in an otherwise quiet second half. The linesman chocked off a perfectly good goal and gave one that was offside. That could have been a headline 'shocking state of refereeing in Scotland' but instead the lad does a trick and he is suddenly 'disrespecting' other players. These gutter press writers are plonkers. -
the Twitter account can't be found when I searched just now so he may have deleted it when he was the reaction. Blatant racism from a neanderthal !

I don't think we should be concerned about next season. A top 3 finish first year back would be nice but it's a long way to May so I'm waiting a few months before I think about next year. I have really lost interest in 'them', one of the nice things about our journey, so I really only care about Champions League nights not about any derby match with the scum from the east.

Impressive Nathan Oduwa Footage.

Hopefully he gets on for some game time so we can see his skills. My mission today is to answer posts so as to bury those annoying transfer posts. -

I'm not aware if MW even wants SA or whether the board were talking him into the signing. The OP is 100% correct. Support the team, ignore the one that got away.

I don't buy a new top every year and certainly won't buy one this year. I bought a nice zip up hoodie in the superstore on Friday hoping that the proceeds were mostly for the club.

Should We Make A Move To Re-Sign Kyle Lafferty?
IanFerguson2013 replied to James Kent's topic in Jimmy Bell's Kitroom
No. A few good goals in big games but generally not value for money. Also I really don't want us to look back.- 160 replies

Friday Night Football, how Was It For You?
IanFerguson2013 replied to sendintank's topic in Jimmy Bell's Kitroom
I much prefer the good old 3pm Saturday kick off. Living in Northumberland it's possible to get up and down in the same day but on Friday night I stayed over at my Daughter's flat. My own bed is so much better than a blow up mattress. Our Friday night crowd was 8 thousand more than Chelsea and once the other EPL games are played we will be able to tell if that was the second biggest game of the weekend. Newcastle may squeeze in to 2nd place? [update: they did by about 500 fans] Friday night's game was special though. The crowd were amazing (take a bow folks) except for the pitch invader of course. About half the crowd at least did not want to leave at the end. -
Official attendance was 43,683. Looking back at my photos taken on 10 August 2014, Flag day against Hearts (that was never a 1-2 game ) Ibrox looks pretty full. Sandy Jardine stand being unveiled and the flag of course, shame about the result. We equalised right at the end and let them in for a winner a minute later.
-
Maybe I will log on to BT sport on my iPhone via the Ibrox wifi so I can get goal replays assuming we don't show them on the big screens. The first game of the season is almost always greeted with a packed Ibrox (and usually with a flag) but after last season I think we are all ready for the off and expecting big things.

now all you have to worry about is who is sitting around you, hopefully a good crowd. I moved my ST from the main stand (MFN) to Copland rear where there was a much better atmosphere however to my left there were 7 women/girls who spent every game going out and in (to the ladies?). Enjoy having a ST, you hold it up to the marked area in the turnstile. Have a look before you go through so you look like a regular when you present the card

It happens. I was once at Sunderland v Man U (son in law is a Black Cats fan) and missed a fantastic Cristiano Ronaldo free kick trying to get the Rangers score on my phone (we were beating Dundee Utd I think). Great piece of skill whether it was seen by everyone or not.

Officially Through 30,000 Season Tickets
IanFerguson2013 replied to Shuggy's topic in Jimmy Bell's Kitroom
Basically you need to round up a child to get seats in the family stand (or just buy a child seat as well and don't use it) or sit in the club deck (why is it so dear?) otherwise there are a few seats at the front where you would get wet if it rained and not much else.
