I always enjoy watching these when posted. Mark is so well spoken and such a gent that you cant help being convinced he is going to crack it. Then on matchdays it is the same old and I cant help feeling he is a bit wishy washy and could maybe do with a bit more steel and toughness like a Jock Wallace or Souness to fire the boys up a bit
