Although it is always denied as being a factor, you know that our players and management are soaking up the trashtalk and it will be an influence in the teams motivation level tonight. It seems that PSV just cannot get over the fact that we denied them their God given right to CL qualification last season, coupled with their very poor record against us over the years, you can begin to understand why PSV do not really like us very much. Hopefully they utterly detest us by the end of proceedings this evening.

Despite all the chaos and cancellations, our flight leaves as scheduled without a hitch? I sense a conspiracy at work here, our flight should have been cancelled like all the rest and Rangers forced to concede the tie for not turning up on time.

Because they have become accustomed to getting everything exactly their own way. They are like a spoiled wean being told no for the first time, tantrums being thrown left, right and centre.

I heard that call at the time and my first thought was that it might have been someone on the wind up. However I suspect that the caller was genuine and we can only surmise that his confusion of how 'in a row' works was caused by his distress at the death of his beloved Terry Munro.
It is a source of some regret that we did not exploit that particularly savage boot in the baws we gave Them, our complacence in not building on a position of strength was a very serious error on the part of the Rangers board at the time.

Be interesting to see what or if Martindale could do any different if he took over a decent squad and had some sort of budget to work with, as opposed to the square root of fuck all he has at Livi. Perhaps there is something else there apart from the, er, rather basic style he has to employ at the moment?

Hope that they do not go for Martindale, got a lot of time for him and would hate to see him land in the SPFL managerial electric chair that is the Hiboos job.

Isn’t what they want in a manager. Seem to be a club who want to be known for playing attractive football and Martindale doesn’t do that.

Demand all you want you Gangrenous scum. Don't you understand that your arrogant, entitled demands to a Club that you deny even exists, makes everyone connected with said Club, all the more determined to tell you just exactly where you can shove your demand?
I have read that quite a few of Them, again in their arrogance (thinking they will just swat us aside), want to be drawn against us at Ibrox in the Cup, the theory being that we will be forced to give Them the Broomie because it is in the rules. Problem is, their own club is saying that it is going to ignore the very same rule (different competition I know but same basic rule) by refusing us an allocation for The Piggery. If they go ahead with this and are not sanctioned by the authorities, then we will be in a position to return the favour for their visits to Ibrox.
Even in the event of a Cup tie against Them at Ibrox where Rangers decided to offer Them an allocation it would be no more (probably less for additional segregation requirements) than the 2500 we gave Thistle last season, which is the sensible, compromise figure that many (but by no means all I accept) see as the way to end this ongoing fight. I personally would offer Them the so called Euro allocation and put Them in the position of deciding if they pander to the Scum pictured above and refuse anything but the full Broomie, not going to happen, or be prepared to compromise and accept an allocation that is more than double what is given to every other team for an away league game at Ibrox.
