You only really see how reliant we are on Kent when he’s out injured or off form. He brings a completely different dynamic to the team with his all round quality & awareness. If only we could get a left back who he could work in tandem with then I think we’d see an improvement in him & our offensive/defensive play down the left.

Agreed, minimum 12m & max 15m. Hopefully we get lucky & end up with more but that’s my valuation (for what it’s worth!)

Spot on. Jumping about, celebrating, badge kissing/thumping & noising up opposition fans after a goal is the easy part. Putting in a consistent high level performance worthy of a Rangers player is somewhat different.

Just think Worrall has more of a gritty physicality & mindset than Katic atm and that SG ‘trusts’ him more than Katic. Ideally Katic steps up to the plate next season & becomes our trusted first choice centre half.

Doff the cap to Neil McCann. A respected ex professional who conducted himself impeccably whilst a player & continues to do so in his media/managerial roles. The absolute irony of his personal experience in playing for us & being a catholic is tremendously appropriate right at this time. That is a fkn gem of a statement & the club should be very thankful for it.

The referee who called it correctly at the time must be scratching his head at this one. Completely undermines him & sends out a confusing message to everyone involved. Actually feel sorry for refs for first time in my life.

Glad we’ve got Kamara & McCrorie. Two promising players at the right age. Different trpe of players whose usage should be determined by who & where we are playing.

Some of the bams in the press & even some ex players would say he should be seeing a shrink instead of out training.

Our formation & style of play is based around Michael Beales way. It was covered months ago on here, he bases his team on width, two wide players, attacking full backs etc etc Looks to me like SG wholeheartedly trusts & believes in him & SG trains/picks the players to play in the Beale system.

Think it’s a requirement in terms of the cup (or league) pre match build up. Contractually the club are likely to be compelled to do a pc. However, I would have preferred GM leading todays one.

Yeah, that’s what I thought as well. The majority of home games we have an issue with something or other, he then makes comment afterwards re the tempo, mentality, discipline, quality, work rate and now egos. I admire the honest way he seems to be addressing the players but he’s way off track with ‘doesn’t happen very often’ stuff.

imo in approximately 80% of our games over a season we are up against teams that sit in/deep in one way or another. Alarming that we haven’t yet developed an answer to this problem.

It’s all over the park as well, crucial part of the game in any league tbf.

Our inability to get on the 2nd ball

Played himself out the starting 11 yesterday. Looks completely ill at ease in a Rangers jersey atm.

Looked at the training pics during the week with lots of carrying on & hard work. Players looked to be enjoying it which is usually a positive sign. The Managers pre game comments ‘make St Johnstone suffer for 90mins’ set the tone for a ‘ruthless & relentless’ performance. Then that. Woeful.
