Goldson is good defender football wise but for a centre half doesn't win enough battles in the air, thought Soutar was the man for the job but he's one of the most injury prone in the league he'll never get a run of games.

Glad Goldson stayed but I wasn't that bothered he was going because of his heading ability.

Sorry pal, obvs you & Connor think he's a good defender, but I think he's ever-inceasingly becoming a bit of a liability.

When he re-signed, I was pleasantly surprised, now I'm not so sure. Hopefully he can turn things round dramatically.

  2. I hate that we don't get the appropriate additional time added, especially if we do need it. Compare and contrast that to certain other teams who seems to get as much as they need to get  a result. But we waste a helluva lot of time ourselves. Goldson's dithering is one cause but at the start of the second half yesterday we got a corner. The ball was knocked out towards the corner flag for Borna to take. Where was he? About 30 metres away. He slowly jogs up to take the corner eventually & cunts it. About 2 minutes wasted. Where's the urgency & intensity we should be applying in every game, at all times?

Maybe I need my hole too 😄

In a world where there’s a team down south excited that they’ve just paid some kind of fee for Jack Simpson there’s no way that’s true

It was slightly tounge in cheek bro.

As I said in the match thread - good old Scottish style!

    Maybe we’ve been over-thinking it!

Aye, pretty much old school Tony Pulis. Possession for possession's sake is perfectly acceptable when you're protecting a lead, but when you're hunting down a deficit, bombard the opposition goal with everything you've got

Thought he was awful in the first half, but his deliveries led to two of the goals. Credit to him in keeping going with a lot of the crowd on his back.

The lead-up to our penalty was just a speculative punt into the box and his cross for Tillman was the same. A defender's error, then the keeper's error resulted in goals. So I would argue there is a case for him to do the long speculative balls more often.
