I don't believe it is time to put all the "rat" stuff behind us. It never will be. For me that should never be forgotten.
It will never stop me giving praise where it is due though.
Only my opinion but I think that says more about you than it does him.
He walked out on Rangers in our hour of need . At worst he's a self centred greedy bastard not a fucking rapist or a nonce. He's also largely responsible for the pride running through my veins tonight . That's something I've no felt in a long long time.
There has to be forgiveness and I'll tell you right now if he keeps out those filthy bastards in a couple of weeks time I've no problem admitting to any cunt he's earned mine.

Another stunning performance. Again...rat or not,he is some keeper.
Time to put all the Rat stuff behind us .
What I'm seeing is somebody hell bent on making Rangers successful again and leading by example in the process. He was rightly criticised for leaving us in our hour of need but there is quite literally no better way to redeem himself than what he's doing for us now.

It is nice to have some positivity about the place at last but it's crucial we back that up with results.
False dawn after false dawn has made us almost reluctant to expect success anymore and that's just not Rangers. Imo the feel good factor will return for real when we take our title back off that pond life across the city.

Should we ignore articles such as this or avail ourselves of the strategy & output of our enemies & challenge it ?
Id plum for the latter, as I'd respectfully suggest the strategy of dignified silence which you appear to be advocating Graeme, not only is ineffectual but Id go so far as to suggest it emboldens our enemies.
Exactly this.
It's both lazy and foolish to ignore any more of this tripe.
We have a fantastic opportunity to highlight just how diseased journalism has become in this country, more importantly we have an opportunity to spotlight the despicable reasons behind that fact.
Every instance like this should be noted and used against the vermin responsible whenever appropriate. Gerrard's appointment as Rangers manager has captured the imagination of the football World with the glaring exception of right here where he plies his trade. I wonder why that is exactly.
Perhaps with a little effort we can finally lift the lid and let the rest of the world see for themselves the festering sore that is Scottish football.

We are going to need somebody capable of finishing the chances this guys delivery will undoubtedly provide .
Tav on one side and this boy on the left now with a battering ram to smash them away and all of a sudden Rangers are a completely different animal. Get this one right Gerrard and you are well on the way to immortality in two cities.

You asked for the thread to be shut down on the basis the bloke was named Aidan, presumably without even attempting to read the article.
Seems a bit narrow minded, that’s all.
There was Pope John Paul.
You going to suggest any threads concerning comments about, or by, John Greig or Paul Gascoigne should be shut down?
A negative story concerning Rangers in the taig infested Scottish press written by a guy named aidan.
The bulk of us would say if it looks and smells like shite it probably is. Prove me wrong. I'm happy to stand corrected......got a feeling I'll be in for long wait though.

You do realise there are two players on Rangers’ books at present with Aidan as their forename?
And your point is?

I think it does aye.
Regardless of what any of us think about Naismith he is the living embodiment of what it will take to stop these cunts.
I watched that full game yesterday because I suspected they would slip. I watched him closely throughout but a blind man could tell you he was the driving force behind that victory for Hearts. Sure lafferty scored the goal, the guy up front rag dolled their defence all game, there were a few stand out performances, but it was Naismith who was architect in chief yesterday. No doubt about it. That wasn't only about 3 points for him.
Our beef with him is a separate argument. There is no doubt in my mind if there were even a handful of guys like him in this league those filthy bastards wouldn't have been celebrating a double treble last season.

He failed to control himself in a game which was easily going to be won against an Aberdeen who played awful against 10 men. It's about a winning mentality. Got to see that game out at any cost. He should never have had the room to get a strike on goal at that point in the game. Too much space.
Fair enough but one thing to bear in mind is the timing of the red card. We were 10 minutes into a new season. 10 minutes ffs! At worse it was a petulant reaction to being barged.
He shouldn't have done it but there is no way on this earth that merited a red card. Any other team and I mean ANY team gets away with a warning for that "offence" yesterday and that's the whole problem in a nutshell.
I expect nothing less against motherwell and so on and so on until we do something about it. We are being cheated. It cannot be allowed to continue otherwise there is no point in contesting this league any longer.
We as a club are trying to make our way back to the top by fair means. We don't ask or expect any favours just even handed officialdom yet we are clearly being denied that the exact same as last season and the one before. It has to change.

Hope Gerrard has plenty evidence of shocking decisions against Rangers for his next couple of pressers. There's enough for him to be aware of.
He'll be in the local media hack targets now, his remarks are gold for them, but he needs facts to back up what he's saying or they'll try to turn his comments against him.
Evidence? You can't be serious.
He's 10 minutes into his tenure as Rangers manager and he's had the rug pulled from under him by an official hell bent on keeping our gas at a peep.
He's also evidently aware of the problem before he came and by fuck they didn't disappoint did they?
No. As someone has already pointed out his profile is high enough to attract interest from far beyond the realms of this wee backwater. He's identified the problem in public. Good on him. If only his directors had the balls to be equally as vocal then just maybe we wouldn't have to tolerate the fucking circus who pass themselves off as media.

Fuckin garbage , 12 minutes into the first game of the season , it wouldnt have happened to any other team in the league. He was off because he had a blue shirt on , i said before the game we would have one sent off.
Its not even up for debate imo. Instances like this will continue to happen, any attempt to hinder our progress. There is no such thing as impartiality when it comes to Rangers in this country. The only positive we can take from today is the players know for themselves now. It's up to them from now on in.
-
It will be the exact same against motherwell and the same again every week thereafter. At least now they all know what they're up against. Put the chances away and we won't need to worry about refs or anybody else. Get a finisher in ffs Rangers.

He's got a point though, Morelos should never be reacting to that in the manner he did, don't think it's a red but he gave them a decision to make
I don't give two fucks. We've got more than enough of these bastards to deal with without that bloon sticking his oar in giving them credibility.
It's more pro Rangers voices we need in the media not less. He of all people should know that with the vipers he works with.

What's that prick Boyd saying he's no sympathy for him? Who needs enemies Chris eh ya fat roaster.

Sadly quite some truth in that. From our politics, to our religion, to our heritage to our club.
They are united under a common cause as the political tactics of the republicans now take hold in Scotland. Through their empowerment by SNPira, they see the opportunity of a republic of Scotland in the image of the homeland they lament about.
It's not just about the football for them, but to secure their way of life to the detriment of the majority. They see the opportunity that SNPira has presented them with and there will be no letting up. The more that slips away the more desperate they will become.
They want our faces in the dirt and then some and there will be no relenting and it will get worse as long as SNPira remain in power. They are the real orchestrators in all of this.
Most just haven't woken up to it yet.
Oh yes .
The more ground we as the majority give the more they will take . More importantly ,unless there is whole scale change in our thinking that trend will become irreversible. We as a people are being outmanoeuvred in our own back yard and have been for some time now.
No one with half a brain should be condoning violent ends but the total apathy with regards to what's going on in this country must be addressed as a matter of priority.
We can't seriously say "it's time to wake up" because this movement of theirs has been going on long enough for even the dimmest to realise what's happening . We either collectively put the brakes on them and fight back ........or we don't and continue to suck it up.
Incidentally the guy taking all the flack on here a few posts back actually makes some valid points before making an arse of it at the end. But the truth hurts, This is already a very different Scotland from the one I grew up in . Their agenda is clear. To undo and roll reverse the ruling class right here in our own country and they are doing it by unity. The west in particular has become little more than some fucking Irish outpost and its galling . Is this the Scotland we want to leave to our kids....... I fucking hope not.
-
Still understandably viewed by many as a rat but fast redeeming himself with this support imo.
Regardless what you think of the guy he's the most obvious upgrade over last season. We go home losers again had Fod played that game tonight, it's as simple as that.
Makes the saves when called upon and is just a far superior keeper in every area of his game.
-
Rangers applauded off the park by the Russians at the end if memory serves me correctly on this one.

Players and fans grow up completely different basically , it’s mostly a sport and a job for them to us there is more loyalty and passion / bias involved.
Good luck telling John Brown that one.

Totally agree guy like these always had other options (as did Brown) if you really are a Ranger you simply sign elsewhere but never ever for the scum. Not being uber staunch just stating my view.
Its not being uber staunch at all, the thought of representing that mob would turn the stomach of 99% of bears imo.

Best player to ever play for us
Best player in Scottish football history
You've never seen a player terrify defences single handedly up here like he could
Glad that there's plenty of footage on YouTube of him for the 20 year old and younger supporters to see what a true world class player looked like playing for us
True that.
Really was like watching an adult play in a kids game. The disparity was night and day with the ability he had.... Yes unquestionably the best football player ever to grace the professional game in Scotland bar none.

Yep we need to replicate that double act thing Tav and Candias have got going on the right, only down the left side.
With Borna in place we need a real top quality wide man now who's also willing to work his arse off for the team.
We are so much harder to beat now it's unrecognisable from last year but we must, must, must get a proven finisher in the door to put games to bed earlier than we currently do.
