Just been sacked, I don’t really know wtf people to expect them to react like. These guys are humans, with families etc who need to provide, wether they earn more money than us or not, everyone works to pay for their family and keep them to a life they’re accustomed to.

We need to sort out the whole structure of the club above the manager position and unless you have an absolute miracle, picking a manager before doing that will only result in more long term pain.
