Sounds like his voice isn't really being heard. From the outside it looks like all he has done is bring in Nemane (where is he actually?). Any appointment this board has to be treated with suspicion. All we can do is leave the job with Murty at the moment, they can't be trusted to make another mistake. The statement yesterday was a joke, trying to deflect attention off themselves with the usual childish comments.

Obviously he is far better than Windass but he's had some below average performances lately.

The wings are easily our weakest area at the moment, Windass, Candy Ass, The Dalcio and Nemane are all playing mediocre at best at the moment. Do we need to look at either a 4-3-3 or 3-5-2 until we get some new signings? I wouldn't rule him out because of the whole business with Pedro etc. but I would rule him out because he is a terrible footballer. I don't mind him coming back into the fold and being a leader through this transitional period but starting 11 - not for me. One of the few positives from Wednesday night was some nice link up play at times between Herrera and Morelos. Start these two together tomorrow.

Happy enough to have this guy in charge for the next handful of games, can't do any worse than Pedro anyway. I definitely do not want him to get the gig full time though. Think he comes across likeable, knowledgeable and should be able to pick the players up a bit. We are going to have a very patchy looking team tomorrow though so I hope he isn't judged too harshly, whatever the result/performance. I think we're lucky that Hearts are low on confidence and form at the moment.

Don't understand the love in for Pedro. I don't care how passionate he was, he caused so much disharmony in our club and was so clearly out of his depth it was unreal. Yes the board have a lot to answer for appointing him but he could have spent more time getting the most out of our players instead of picking a fight with everyone who came along. Totally agree with this. At least The Dalcio is on loan. I would also send Nemane back to city. Derek McInnes is exactly what we need. Anyone higher profile is a gamble and probably too expensive anyway

I think it is a clean slate for everyone, even those who have gone out on loan. Pedro was mental and I don't think we can believe his side of the story or paper talk. It sounds like if he took an ill will against you for whatever reason you were fucked. Everyone should be given a chance by Murty/the new manager but I do think there are some individuals who are so obviously not good enough for Rangers that we might not see much of them again. For me I would happily see the back of Windass and Pena. Hopefully Pena still has decent stock in Mexico and we can recoup some money and Windass can quietly go to a league 1 club or something.

Remember when we were in the championship he was saying hibs should lay down and let us go up because the top flight needed us - good man that speaks sense 95% of the time
