His timing on subs is fucking shocking. Im sick of waiting till 70mins minimum for subs, no matter what. Hes not reactive, nor proactive. Hes static and single minded in his decisions and it’s hurting us. For all Pedro had his faults, he wasn’t afraid to make changes when things weren’t going their way.

I just wish he would make subs sooner.

I noted this as well. Mir wouldn’t surprise me if King went in to the BBC and lit a fire under their arse with the way they’re treating the club, I can’t think of any other reason for him being there.

I’m not so fussed about the subs (although I’d have kept Goss on and taken Windass off for Cummings and Candais off for Docherty due to his cramp). What I don’t like though is this sitting in mentality at the end of the games. It puts us under unnecessary pressure when we should be seeing the game out by keeping the opposition under the kosh.

I’ve always rated him, thought he’s been a great signing for us who gives 100%. He has the odd quiet game now and again, but he’d be one of the first names on my team sheet every week.

Not a chance. He had his opportunity and he bottled it. How would he cope when the chips are down and he’s struggling for results? His bottle would crash, just like it did when we were in for him and Aberdeen went on a shit run of games.

I don’t see how it could be taken any other way tbh. Havjng a list of players drawn up that you don’t like means fuck all when ultimately, you get the final say anyway. if he wasn’t happy with the players, grow a set of fucking balls and get the list changed to what you think is required. By shying away from such a basic concept, it just confirmed to me that McInnes didn’t have the bottle for the job, he would’ve been out of his depth and he knew that. Frankly, I’m happy he didn’t take the job, I didn’t think he had what it takes at the time, and on the plus side, now we get to watch the sheep staggers be put in their place.

I just want ya to get away from Puma tops. The quality of them, material wise, is pish. Back when we had Adidas/Nike tops they felt much better quality and were thicker too. The ones we use now, I could spit through it. Also, we need to bring back the Orange away kit. I loved those.

Can definitely see this as a good cop/bad cop partnership. JN isn’t going to take any shit or subpar effort by the sounds of things, and if he feels that any of those players can’t stomach the pressure, then I think he’ll be telling GM to get shot of them.

You’re right, with our board the tickets would probably be a fiver and we’d make a loss! Also, what a sad, sad, obsessed lot those folks are. I think what really annoys them most though is that no matter what we do, our club shall never sink to the depths of those kiddie fiddling fucks. No matter what they say, the facts are there for all to see, and by supporting that club, you support their history.

Agreed. I don’t get the whole, we lose goals from full back positions excuse. For anybody who’s played football, especially at a decent leve, they’ll know it’s the CM/CDM/CB’s responsibility to be aware of what positions need covered during a counter attack, especially when our fullbacks are given permission to get forward and provide support during an attack. Besides, he’d be an absolute nutter to go and join Southampton anyway. They look like they could be going down this season.
