A risk playing Butland right back IMO
Never ever put a foot wrong playing there to be fair.

2 goals and 4 assists in his last 4 games. MoTM in 2 of those games.
Chucked it
He's by far their most in form player. He's starting and playing 90 minutes.
That’s not how his own fans see it. He was their top scorer at one point and his reaction at the weekend was bizarre.
However, you’re obviously closer to scum thinking than me

Unless they go for a different formation I can't see McGregor starting.
I expect the midfield trio from Sunday to start. So unless they go 4-4-2 or 4-2-3-1 etc I don't see a starting roll for McGregor.
Which is a shame, partly due to lack of match fitness, but more so because when he plays EVERYTHING goes through him, so stop him and you stop them.
However if he's not there, then they use more options making them less predictable and harder to stop.
Hatate will be their main man if McGregor isn’t risked. Probably O’Reiily, Hatate and Bernardo.
Noticed O’Reilly’s (non) reaction when he scored at the weekend. Tims I spoke to seem to think he’s chucked it since the Madrid move fell through so Brenda may feel under pressure to get McGregor on the pitch quicker than he’d like.
Lundstram, Dio, Sterling, Cantwell all facing heavy shifts imo but the others (Matondo, McCausland, Lawrence - whoever gets on) need to be ready to give everything too.

Hart is due a complete mare as well, he's never quite lived down to his actual shiteness.
And we'll score a goal from a corner, why not.
Not going to worry a jot all week, going to enjoy the certainty of smashing them. (It doesn't influence the outcome but it feels better).
Now that’s just being silly.

I don't even try to understand offside, handball or simulation/contact now, what's the point? And I thought jersey pulling was an automatic yellow? Seems to go unpunished most of the time.
P.S. My first boots had wooden studs.
Metal studs with a wee spanner to screw them in after you’d sharpened them.
Would have said wooden studs were for pansies but that might be a hate crime?

Balogun instead of Souttar for me but Phil will stick with same back four as Saturday imo.
Lundstram and Mo as anchors with Matondo, Cantwell and Sima behind Silva.
-
How the fuck is that not a foul?
😡

Strongest possible scum team with Hatate, CCV, and The Wee Cheat all playing.
Must be scared of Pep Martindale’s men.
Couple of wee ACLs please 👍

His foot is on the line. It's encroachment. Hibs players are also clearly encroaching though
It's rarely given unless the player is physically inside the box.
It’s given because of the team Wright plays for.
If that’s Hearts v Killie, that kick is allowed.
Ruling out a penalty (and the subsequent follow up goal) for that would not happen in any other game.
Common sense comes a distant second to anti-Rangers hatred.
-
On what planet is this alleged encroachment’ clear and obvious’?
-
Supposed to be “clear and obvious error” but instead it’s “fucking Sevco goal, let’s find some reason, any-fucking-thing, to rule it out…”
More obvious with every passing week.

Lost a huge number of brownie points for dumping Pedro Caixinha on us imo.

It will never snow in Glasgow again.
The board have played a blinder by not implementing a net zero policy.
Fuck the planet, Rangers first!
That’s a hate crime against both snow and the planet.
Reported twice.

Waiting for a haircut this morning listening to a couple of scum supporters and they were both adamant they’d be delighted with a draw on the 7th.
Thought they’d be far more confident given our injuries and the lack of firepower but not how they see it.

Not starting for the jacobites.
5 at the back at home to Northern Ireland fs
All to accommodate Tierney and Robertson, neither of whom give their best in this contrived setup.
Hadn't noticed until tonight just how often Tierney stops, turns and rolls it back to his centre-back. Very Borna-esque.
And with Christie out left too, the team is really lopsided.
Better with a back four, preferably without Souttar simply because our injury situation is such a joke.
-
Butland
Tav Goldson Balogun/Souttar Shitebag
Lundstram Diomande
Wright Cantwell Lawrence
Dessers
Not what I would pick but I think that’s Phil’s lineup. Sterling and Silva to be saved (bench at most if they’re even fit) for the scum game.

Clement has been resolute in his “the only game that matters is the next one” mantra and that’s good enough for me.
You also have major imponderables like injuries where, sooner or later, we need to start getting players back instead of constantly losing them.
And then you have VAR, a fucking curse run by a cabal of Rangers-haters which will put every conceivable obstacle in our way.
A league win (let alone a treble) against that backdrop would be one of greatest league titles ever.
So we have only one game to play - the next one, nothing else matters.

Yup they where never charged for any of the rumoured offences but definitely feels a bit dodgy with Hateley saying that years later and the refs decision to red card him against Brugge, who most thought was harsh at the time. Ultimately we fucked it ourself by not beaten CSKA at Ibrox, and nothing was ever proved about Marseille bribing CL refs or drugging opposition team players
You’re right, of course, that nothing was ever actually proven but I tend to think that if it waddles like a duck, quacks like a duck and looks like a duck, there’s a very strong possibility that you’re dealing with a duck.

Aye I’m sure you’re right mate think he played on with it, and mad Bomber was fucked canny remember the injury but sure it was serious. Think maybe Stuart Munro was also playing with an injury that day not sure if it was him though or I’m mixing him up with somebody else. Long time be ago now lol
Did we not end up with Brown and Spackman as our centre backs?
Bomber played three or four different positions that day, fucking heroic.

Can we handle the potential loss of
Sima, Silva, dessers, cortes, roofe, jack, balogun, barisic, wright, davies, lammers, hagi, lundstram, matondo
All either OOC or undeniably not good enough or loans going back to their clubs
Even if we did clear most of them, sell them etc, and save a fortune wages, would we find even 70% of that number within our transfer and wage budget to beef the squad up again
Wouldn’t rule out Sima and Cortes being here next season, especially if we win the league.
Dowell and McLaughlin can take their seats on the bus imo.
