  1. Agreed DW, and I can add another 10 years onto you age. I also need to avoid this place as well after a result like that.
  2. From a broken bottle? Get real- the cant who threw that bottle has no place at Ibrox
  3. Hopefully not, but equally wouldn’t expect him to share his game plan at a presser
  4. Spot on Neo- on Sunday we set up to play to the strengths of a striker who wasn’t actually on the park!
  5. Unfortunately for us, going into the last year of his contract, he has all the choices. Love him to bits, he was the one shining star during many dark periods, but with the benefit of hindsight we kept him one season too long
  6. Think the problem for me is that I am not really sure what Wilson’s actual job description is in terms of recruiting. Does the manager identify players he would like and it’s the DoF job to sign them, or does the manager identify positions he would like cover for, and the DoF identifies a list of potentials within our price range/ wage structure, or does the manager just take what he gets with little input?
  7. Good post, and very little I would disagree with other than, at the time, I and most on here thought signing Ramsay was a master stroke.
  8. To be fair, before kick off with the battle fever on, I quite liked working it right up them and their Glasgow derby pish. Was a bit of a riddy to keep it going after the final whistle
  9. Think the difference is between criminal and civil proceedings. He cannot reach a ‘settlement’ in the criminal case. He is either fit to stand trial, or not. If he is deemed not fit to plead or understand the charge, the case will be disposed of by way of a examination of fact. A judge will then determine whether he is guilt or not. The civil case can be agreed on the court room steps - a bit like the Prince Andrew case- where the victim agrees to drop the case on receipt of compensation
  10. Seem determined to appease everyone apart from our own fans
  11. I understand what you are saying but I still believe we will punish them at Ibrox and push on from there
  12. 3 Parties??? You’ve taken that too far- surely no tight thinking bear would vote Lib Dem
  13. I think them getting dumped out of the Eurovision Song Contest and us still competing at a higher level hands them an advantage in the run in. However I still know what I would prefer. Honestly, this is not over - our next game against them will be a watershed moment
  14. Anyone who has been paying attention for the last 10 years knows this is not a crisis. Beat Dundee and then them and it’s game on for the league. Still in the cup, and exceeding all expectations in Europe- this is not beyond the team that played Dortmund in Germany.
  15. It would appear the court doesn’t agree with them on this point
  16. ^ This is what needs to happen. Although others disagree, this is a civil claim and they will have some form of public liability insurance to protect them from at least some the payouts. what also needs to happen is those who allowed this to happen, didn’t report it or turned a blind eye, need to be held criminally liable as accessories to this appalling crime.
  17. Of course it’s not over, it’s foolish to suggest it is. If the Rangers team that played in Germany mid week turns up for the rest of the season, we skoosh 56. However, if the team that played against, Raith Rovers or them turns up then we may have a problem.
  18. Not sure we were flying, as the signs were there before the break. However I agree that one point behind is fuck all, nothing is over, and the league is still ours if our players want it enough. However, we need to pick it back up this weekend, can’t let them gain any more confidence.
  19. Good post. They will definitely drop points- even last night they looked very exposed on the counter when they are pushing everyone forward. We have seen them struggle against teams that park the bus and that isn’t changing. 5 subs will undoubtedly help them, but the rate they play has them knackered around 60 minutes and that will be exploited
  20. Not blaming GVB for the fact that he has no readily identifiable replacement - but not having some sort of plan in place for when Tav leaves or is removed after more than 3 years and allowing this to become a single point of failure is down to wider club management
  21. Only Shagger stopped the Greek guy looking like a super star last night
  22. Can’t understand why we end up with one of our biggest ever signings sitting in the stand last night and they have a guy jumping off a plane yesterday after playing for Japan the day before and can still play for 30 minutes. Surely a half fit Ramsay on the bench has to be an option
