Craigie79 67
ROSS PERRY has become the latest Rangers start to put pen to paper on a new long term deal after signing a four year contract with the Light Blues.Ross PerryThe 21-year-old agreed sealed the deal today and will now remain with the Gers until the summer of 2015 at least.Perry has emerged as a first team squad member this season following loan spells with Falkirk and Oxford over the course of the last two campaigns. The youngster made his first appearance for the senior team in a friendly in 2007 when he replaced Davie Weir against LA Galaxy as a 17-year-old.However it has been this term that the Scotland under-21 international has finally made the grade under Ally McCoist.Handed his debut against Inverness as a replacement for the injured Kyle Bartley, Perry has since made starts against Motherwell and Aberdeen. He also earned a European bow as a replacement for Lee Wallace against NK Maribor in the Europa League qualifying stages. His continued involvement with Rangers has led to international recognition too as Perry began another Scotland under-21 campaign at the heart of his country's defence.http://www.rangers.co.uk/articles/20110909/perry-pens-new-deal_2254024_2445437
wearethemighty 186
Excellent news, I remember someone last season saying that he was a better prospect than Danny Wilson so hopefully he'll get a lot more game time to prove it.

Mikhailichenko 90
Usually when I post news there are at least 4 or 5 threads created with the same news at a similar time. Today there are none. Could it be that too many people are looking for bad news instead of good news

NorthernLights 2,526
Don't rate him as highly as some do, but I'd rather have him than not. He's done well enough when he's played and, while I don't think he's going to be a stalwart in our defence for years to come, he's definitely worth signing.
