Redmond7 1,198
First 20 mins or so, I'd give them all 7's, last part of the first half, all 1's but the second half was just about perfection and the way we should be playing this scum team each and every time, so 11's all round. deleteduser1 169
Mcgregor 5 - . I've forgotten his mistake already. Whitty 6 - decent game. Goian 9 - great game.Bocanegra 6 - decent game.Papac 7 - solid game. Best left back at the club and proved it once again today. Naismith 10 - SENSATIONAL. Davis 9 - would have been 10 if he had played a wee bit better in the first half.Edu 7 - good game.Wylde 6 - poor in the first half . Good in the 2nd.Lafferty 9 - His best in a Rangers shirt for my money. GREAT game. Jelavic 8 - scored a vital goal and bullied their backline all afternoon. ElHadjiDiouf 2
McGregor - 6 = bad mistake for their goal but had nothing else to do.Whittaker - 6 = few silly challenges at the start but improved and done decent.Goian - 8 = brilliant game today. just wish he would have scored that chance.Bocanegra - 7 = great game aswell and just strolled through with no mistakes.Papac - 6 = was one of our quieter players.Naismith - 8 = brilliant game and his celebration for the first in front of them was great.Davis - 8 = done nothing wrong all game and controlled the celtic team.Edu - 7 = better than he normally is but no real improvment.Wylde - 6 = i am not his biggest fan but his crosses in the second half slightly improved.Jelavic - 8 = great game and you could see his emotion when he scored and when he celebrated our 4th.Lafferty - 9 = finally stepped up to the plate in an old firm game and deserved the man of the match. Amac9 2,060
McGregor - 5; Horrendous error but recovered well with a few good catches.Whittaker - 6; Caught out a few times in the first half but improved after the break.Goian - 7; Another solid game from Herb Melnick. Looking like a terrific signing.Bocanegra - 8; I had my doubts over him but he was excellent. Very impressive.Papac - 6; The usual game from Papac.Naismith - 9; Outstanding. Two wonderful games and almost unplayable at times, both on the deck and in the air.Davis - 8; Quiet first half but captain's performance second half. Set the tempo and closed down all the time.Edu - 7; Seems to have got some confidence back and put in a very good shift.Wylde - 6; Anonymous first half but delivered some brilliant balls into the box the second half.Jelavic - 6; Looked off the pace but that goal gave him some confidence back.Lafferty - 7; Should have had at least three goals but took his goal very well and deserved it.McCulloch - 3; On to shore things up and didn't have anything to do.Healy - 1; Still living the dream. Al Jolson 3
Bit surprised to see Bocanegra getting less than Goian from most posters. I thought Bocanegra was immense today.
GaryMc 2,398
I thought both Bocanegra and Papac did great today along with the other obvious stand outs.

docspiderman 1,258
McGregor - 5 Very little to do,no chance with the first goal but a howler for the second. Whittaker - 6 Poor first half and did his usual ignore his opponent and give lots of time and space.Much better second half when he was able to go forward. Bocanegra - 7 Did surprisingly well when under pressure for their 15 minutes, organised well but just wish someone wouldtie his bootlaces as every game he has played he has retied them at least 5 times. Goian - 8 No pace whatsoever but rarely lets opponents past. Papac - 7 His usual cool self great interceptions and tackles. Naismith - 8 Brilliant goals, never gave the ref any peace and constantly in the faces of the scum. Davis - 6 Came onto a game after the break and started the come back. Edu - 8 Excellent game, covered so much ground going forward and back.Nullified Brown for most of the game and it was signifant that when Davis was directtly against Brown both goals were started by Brown leaving Davis for dead. Wylde - 7 Nervy and completely ineffective first 45 minutes but was outstanding in the second half teqaring Wilson apart and whiping in cross after cross. Lafferty - 7 Worked his socks off and eventually getting a reward by scoring; missed 3 great chances and denied a pefectly good goal. Jelavic - 8 Too intelligent for our team, makes so many runs that our midfield fail to spot or are too slow to feed. Kicked, pushed, elbowed with no protection from the top official but kept working and got us back in the game.Subs: McCulloch - 6 Was fearful when he came on as I thought our lead was too slender to risk his presence. With little threat from the opposition with a completely unbalanced formation by this time he strolled through the rest of the game without causing us any problems.Healy - 5 Came on to allow Jelavic the ovation he deserved. What a fantastic day; blue skies over Ibrox and the rightful order in place.
