Jack The Flipper 5,936 Posted December 1, 2011 Share Posted December 1, 2011 Wait a second.So the whole point of this is to ensure scottish clubs don't fall into the wrong hands?Therefore the SFA have been neglegant in their duties to Rangers football club by allowing it to fall into the hands of someone considered not "right and proper".So how they can "take action against rangers" is beyond rational thought, if anything the SFA should be sued for not carrying out the duties they have been charged with.
