GF John 169
If we're even bidding for the captain of a Premiership side then Ally must have at least a million or two in his pocket. This should be encouraging, even if the bid is being rejected.
radlord 24
what surprise this iswhyte would have shat his breeks if they'd called his bluff and accepted the £84 he offered them!

BawdeepLoyal 94
We have no chance of getting him. This - they want 2.5 I think and I would rate him about 1.5 - not that I'm an expert but 2.5 is a piss take.Heard he is keen to come though which is good. Blue Atheist 178
Their chief exec posted on Twitter today... Madina 3,928
Who wants a player that crosses himself anyway Sereiously though he would be a great signing but there is no chance he would come to the SPL at the moment
TMB 14,167
We should move for Salihi, Templeton and Jaager now. We could get all three of those guys for £1.5m and their wages wouldn't break the bank. Even if we didn't bid for Templeton surely bids for Salihi and Jaager are a must I mean we could have both for £400k.

JCS 649
I can't believe we're serious about this move, which makes me believe that it's window dressing.Holt isn't going to leave the EPL for the SPL - unless we fill his pockets with gold, which I suspect is not really likely! Norwich have made their position abundantly clear in recent weeks - not just today - that Holt is NOT for sale.Let's stop making stupid bids and focus on those that are possible! Norwich have made their position abundantly clear in recent weeks - not just today - that Holt is NOT for sale.Let's stop making stupid bids and focus on those that are possible! The difference is that Holt is keen to leave (come to Rangers). It was the same with Jela - do you force a man to stay and be unsettled, or do you take the cash when you have the chance. Not an easy choice if you like him as a player but if the guy wants to go, its difficult not to fire him right out the door.
gers31 246
Move on Mccoist whos next on the list ?? just hurry up and get a decent striker or two all that wasting time bidding for holt when we all knew norwich dont want to sell him
