I'm awful at big field handicaps mate so won't be having a bet on that one myself. If I had to ahve a bet then, I'd probably plump for Doc of The Bay whose last run was very good and he seems reasonbably handicapped.

Hi mate.

I bet exclusively on the exchanges (Betfair not Betdaq because the later is owned by Fergus Twathead) so you effectively act as your own bookie. Therefore, if you think a horse won't win or place you bet accordingly and have your bet matched by someone who wants to wager similarly on that horse to win or place. Hope that makes sense.

One other key thing to note is that you can set your own odds. Of course, it has to be matched but if it is you can get plenty more value.

Also, you can bet in running whilst the race is being run.

Because there is no bookmaker, you pay a commission from any winning bets to Betfair.
