I've seen people saying Adlington's bronze was a disappointment. She swam a faster time then she did when she won gold in Beijing. Sometimes the others are just better. Katherine Grainger is looking for gold after finishing as runnrr-up in the past three games. They eased up in the final 500m and were still 4.5 secs ahead of their nearest rivals.
