does he mind putting some in our own bloody country aswell it's shocking that we don't even have one in Glasgow city center at least.

Oh and here is my idea to help keep attendances up and to help market/promote the club abroad we should sell match tickets plus sell Tours of Ibrox at the shop so any passing tourists could decide to buy a ticket because Ibrox is out the way of any potential tourists but if we promoted and advertised it in the center of Glasgow and have signs in the window letting people know then i'm certain there would be allot more interest.

That happening aswell.

Is that a good thing though I have heard that the rent Celtic pay for their shop is huge and they loose allot of money from it maybe we could pay to get a huge banner/poster put on the wall advertising our shop location, location of ibrox, phone number, and when our next game is etc... that way we would still advertise/promote ourselves to tourists without loosing lots of money like Celtic do.

What about a vending machine that sells shirts etc. No expensive retail space, staff costs and the rest

Do sports Direct not deal with that? Rangers will be in control of the merchandise etc.

Yup, no reason for there not being shops there. The support that has came from the company has been great, and it deserves something as simple as a Rangers store. I man imagine many will appreciate it. Really surprised it hasn't happened before now!

(tu) been thinking that for years. we have it setup so that tickets are sold and marketed only to people who are already bears. if we're not selling out every week, which lets be honest we're not going to do all season, then why not sell them to tourists and the likes

The footfall at Prestwick is tiny.

An airport shop would be good to capture tourists, but if it's going to lose money is it really worth it?

Absolutely! The shop itself doesnt have to make money, but its worth a helluva lot in promotion. In the long run it will pay off!! We see Them have tops in shops around the world when we dont.. It makes people aware of the brand! That, in itself, is worth a lot!

Sell tickets for games and club tours in Rangers shops? Thats a fucking brilliant idea mate. Just have a big canae miss cardboard cut out advertising it as soon as you walk in the door.
