A.T.G 10,773 Posted November 15, 2013 Share Posted November 15, 2013 This forum amuses me sometimes .Heres a guy who a few months ago had a great game at wembley, linking up well and scoring a great individual goal, taking a premiership defender to the cleaners in the process.Yet hes too old and not good enough for a League one / Championship side in Scotland??.If the minor knee surgery is all it is, hes a far better player than what we have at the club.Whether we need him or not is the other question but besides the point.I think if he was used now and again perhaps as a sub or in games to give the younger guys a break, we could certainly do with his experience in the striking role as a mentor to the youth squad but I fear Ally would make him no1 striker and youth wouldnt get a chanceI know Ally could give the strikers plenty of advice but perhaps he is too bogged down with other areas of the teamI for one would be happy to see Kenny back if he was used properly Quote Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

He is well past it and would no doubt stil be looking for a fairly big wage. The signing goes against building for future but the guy still has bundles of quality and a good record against timothy fc.
