RangersFanBase 611
I'm feeling a lot more optimistic about our chances in the Scottish Cup now, our under 20's played against Aberdeen today and beat them 2-1, Aberdeen fielded three players that were in the team that put Celtic out of the Scottish cup at the weekend: Nicky Low, Cammy Smith and Joe Shaughnessy. Rangers u20s controlled much of the game, scoring the first goal, and were unlucky to lose a goal to Aberdeen before going on to score the winning goal. Pretty sure the winners go into the "junior" champions league. Although I think it may have been changed to only teams who's first team are participating

Regardless how can you gain anything from an u20 game in comparison to a potential Scottish cup semi final with 22 different players!

stuvah 146
regardless of the op's misleading title(lol) it is still great to see the young guns at the top of the table. at least at the u20 level we know we have players capable of competing with the "top" teams in scotland. stuvah 146
your very defensive for what was just a lighthearted jab at your over estimation of the players mentioned , still I'm not wanting to argue about a small technicality on a thread about a very good result for the u20's. well done boy's
Marco Negri's Beard 1,423
To be fair, we started with Crawford, a first teamer, aswell as Luca, Gallacher and MacAusland, who've all played for our first team.It was a good win. Simple as that. Delighted
