AROUND 100 football thugs head abroad to celebrate the anniversary of the CCS but they meet their match when they run into a mob from Leeds United.

SCOTTISH football thugs went to Spain for their anniversary bash – and ended up getting battered by a rival gang.

Around 100 hooligans from Hibernian’s Capital City Service flew to Benidorm to celebrate 30 years of mayhem on the terraces.

Among them were founder CCS members Andy Blance and Derek Dykes – both notorious thugs with convictions for violent crime.

But a 10-strong group decked out in T-shirts with the CCS insignia came off worst when they clashed with a

The Hibs casuals were out-numbered three to one and took a pasting in the fight near the resort’s Ibrox Bar.

Later, around 70 Scots scoured the resort looking for revenge but the attackers – thought to have been in Spain for a stag do had vanished.

Police swarmed the area after the violence on Friday night.

It is understood at least one Hibs fan was arrested after the melee.

A source said: “There was a very large group of Hibs fans who went to Benidorm to celebrate 30 years of the CCS. It was essentially a jolly.

“Although there were current CCS members among them, most were older men with families. They weren’t looking for trouble on the holiday.”

Another witness added: “It was older Hibs guys who were attacked by the bigger Leeds gang. It looked like a bad one but they all scattered as soon as the police arrived.”

A third holidaymaker posted on Twitter: “Hibs casuals caused mayhem outside the Ibrox Bar last night. Still police tape all over the pavement.”

A Foreign Office spokesman said: “We are aware of reports of an incident involving British nationals in Benidorm and we stand by to provide consular assistance.”

Many of the Hibs group flew home to watch their team face Hamilton Accies in the Premiership play-off on Sunday – and the misery continued when they were relegated after losing 4-3 on penalties.

Sad as fuck. You expect this casuals shite from teens but middle aged men with wives and children? What absolute losers. They deserve a good kicking.

How many teens can afford the designer gear and jollies abroad

I always thought the casuals we're late 20's and upwards
