Spfl Response Re Chris Mclaughlin

The SPFL say "There are no SPFL rules in this regard but Match Delegates are requested not to engage with press or media regarding any aspect of their assignment."

Then say ""Matters between the SPFL and individual Match Delegates must remain confidential. Where we have concerns these are addressed, either with individual Match Delegates or with all Match Delegates as appropriate, to maximise the level of consistency clubs and their supporters have every right to expect."

Surely their first point raises a concern? Jeeso.....

The SPFL also offered a meeting which we will be taking up in the near future. We intend to discuss how to ensure that Rangers fans are treated in the same manner as other supporters in future games. It is quite clear in this case that a journalist with a long history of imbalanced reporting on Rangers has concocted a negative headline with the assistance of an SPFL match delegate in what is an entirely unacceptable incident.

Good, keep the pressure on, these Cunts think they can get away with murder!

RST

Admire your retraint in not pointing out certain facts. Apparrently the match delegate has history with 'them'.

And what about some of that famous transparency here. Tell the public/fans exactly what action is to be taken agianst said match delegate to stop this happening again

Well done (tu)

That wee specky ride has done himself up like a kipper, and the match delegate.

They don't like it when their bias is exposed.

On a slightly off topic note, Adrian Durham on Talksport was asked to sum up the opening of the Scottish Premier in 30 seconds.

Gist of it was 'it took Ceptic all of 4 minutes to be awarded a dubious penalty & that's how the season will progress. Craig Gordon should have been sent off for denying a clear goal scoring opportunity'.

At least one person in the MSM has got this situation in his sights!

He's always spot on and calls it as it is, mate.

He would need to sit and watch the TV in his duffel coat and wooly hat if he lived up here as he would have no fucking windaes.

I know he's a bit of a wind up merchant, but he never misses the mark with that lot - his consistency on digging them out has me convinced he's not just doing it for effect!

He fucking hates them and trolls them to a tee

The folk down south have become wise to them over the past few years thanks to their vile support and constant whining.

I'm hoping so, but there are still a fair few who think they're cute, cuddly, jolly craicsters!

The RST have been doing really well at defending us recently. Glad to see groups are putting the Club before their own agendas.

The SPFL and the taig media are feeling the pressure now, the Club should keep pushing them with the intent to get one of our own on the board of the SPFL.

In this day and age there is no reason for any Bear to give money to any Media organisation, as any news etc can be found on the countless Rangers sites.

The day when the media stops unjustly slating us would be good, but what would be better is the day when they slate us but no bear notices because they havent read it.
