Captain Hilts 12,819
One for the football hipsters Found some interesting footage of one of Warburton's passing drills from his Watford days. Very similar to what he has brought to Rangers.https://touch.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=1192018347495033&id=556836567679884&fs=0&ref=m_notif¬if_t=photo_reply
tannerall 25,935
The way it is with the refs up here there's every chance we'll be 4 against 8 in a real game. (Yes I know the rules about the game being abandoned after so many sendings off, but you often wonder if the referees we get know those rules....) I think his decision was understandable given his view and the speed of what happened.

Brackley Bluenose 4,479
I find it fascinating how far he has come. Always destined for great things. I too work at an academy part time and he basically started doing just what I do. He'd finish his day job in the city and head over to coach at Watford's academy 3/4 evenings a week. Things just progressed for him from there, maybe I'll even manage The Rangers one day!
RD.1872 890
Love him. We really are lucky to have him and I hope he's here for years to come yet. His youth teams were coached better than our senior team under McCoist by the looks of it

BridgeIsBlue 66,631
His footballing philosophy is bang on the money, the way football should be played imo.And if you don't like it you can get out.

I think his decision was understandable given his view and the speed of what happened. If you have the majority of ball possession during a game the less chance you will have players booked or red carded. It's a good by product with high ball retention. It's the opposition who'll rack up disciplinary points not Rangers.
Redwhiteandblue 3,330
Good wee video that. Better than Allys 7 a side with ally running about the pitch with a bunch of 20yr olds blowing out his arse almost having a heart attack.
kanjo 26,339
You can see the players doing this drill in the pre-match warm up. Great stuff.
TheKingObv 10,648
8v4 possession drill?I'm sure pretty much every team does that
WadeWilson 4,670
Hearts made a decent effort one time......http://youtu.be/K7SYjjlDT50Absolute class from Gough. Defusing the situation and actively trying to sway the referee from sending off the Hearts players.
WadeWilson 4,670
Gough introduced on TalkSport as "Former Everton player." Fuck. Right. Off. You. Cunts. He still managed to mention Rangers: "We just gave Gascoigne and Laudrup free roles and plonked five across the back. Sorted." Or words to that effect.
