If you side with Rangers we half the fee and pay you once Scotland becomes Independent, get yer own way home Go against even the most obvious RFC advantage/decision and the fee is trebled, paid the nite, and Angie Hag will nosh ye off in the Limo on yer way home You were making a decent point right up until the bit about getting 'noshed off' by Angie Hag... FFS they would need a stronger stomach than mine.

There doesn't have to be intent, it was reckless and with excessive force,. That's why it was a red. Its less likely to have been a red back in the 80's and I don't think any of those commenting have any idea about modern football. This is the actual interpretation: “Using excessive force” means that the player has far exceeded the necessary use of force and is in danger of injuring his opponent. • A player who uses excessive force must be sent off
Misteral 2,932
When you use excess force there is usually some intent to harm or at least recklessness with some foresee ability as to the likely outcome. Think that about covers the tackle yesterday.
mus 1,381
Dermot Gallagher on SSN ref watch has just been shown the tackle and said " is a red every day of the week" so pundits say no and a professional says yes, he also said Flamini's tackle yesterday should have been red, so not just agreeing with the match official
Guest
I hate to talk badly about a Rangers legend but I havent seen Butcher say a decent thing about us since we "died" according to him.
