It is all about making himself the centre of attraction. the decision to pull back Foddy for taking the free kick when the ball was rolling was petty, as many of his decisions are. he is the poorest referee that has policed the games at Ibrox in decades, he even beats Madden hands down. in saying all that, this was far from his worst game and was actually a slight improvement from the last two. Systematic fouling to break up play went unpunished and of the 3 penalty claims we had the body check was nailed on, the grapple on MOH would be given more often than not and I think he got the handball correct. Alendrin 298 Posted February 28, 2016 Share Posted February 28, 2016 a useless prick of a ref, there was defo 2 penalties that should have been awarded and at least 2 yellows should have been shown in the first half...also an incident where we try to take a quick freekick, player blocks freekick from being taken quickly, should be a yellow but no and our player quickly passes it to holt in space only for the referee to ask it to be taken again...wtf was that about?, same with a freekick in our own box, taken quickly 5 yards away from spot, pulled back yet again..then has the audacity to pull wes up for timewasting!!! it seems to be a recurring theme now, opposition player can have 3 bad fouls before a yellow is shown yet our players are booked instantly for almost identical fouls, might sound a little paranoid but if you make no attempt to play the ball and take down the man its an instant yellow...that happened twice yesterday with no punishment.
