AyrshireBlue 449
Police have disbanded 3 rsc clubs in Kilwinning due to loyalist links. Didnae help when that nugget posted dummy bombs to Lennon. Most supporters jump on the Irvine buses or the Cross Keys from Stevenston

It is number 0 (referred to as "nothing" and not zero) on the Roll, and is reputed to be the oldest Lodge not only in Scotland, but the world. It is thus styled The Mother Lodge of Scotlandattributing its origins to the 12th Century, and is often called Mother Kilwinning. Went to the walk in Kilwinning a few years back and had a good day out afterwards in the Lodge, place was bouncing.

Went to a meeting just before last Christmas, fantastic place had a look round the small museum inside as well, and they said it was a quiet meeting as only about 90 people there, my lodge in Eastbourne would need to have 3 meeting nearly to get that many people

You'd be surprised how many Lodge Kilwinnings' there are throughout the world. It's a very common lodge name and I've enjoyed harmonies in a few of them. Are you a traveling man? Well I lived in Hailsham for 43 years and still stay there during the week, used to get into both Kings head a few years back, also used to go to the speedway every week back in the late 80's early 90's , there is a temple in Eastbourne which houses 12 different lodges plus numerous side degrees!
