I actually managed to watch his whole interview, I found it quite surprising. He looks like he is under huge pressure, but he spoke very coherently and probably said all the right things. What is he supposed to say when asked about his position and whether he will keep it? Naw, am shite, an joabs fucked? I know that's maybe what we'd like to hear, but he has four games left and has to keep some secrets.

People saying he's delusional etc are going too far. The man isn't the man for us, that is clear, but he has showed our club great respect, has been thrown into a job by his employer of which he is not capable of doing, and his employer doesn't really give a shit about what failure will do to the guy.

This guy should be respected for trying to do the best he can, it's the board that we should aim our disgust and contempt at.

Why feel sorry for a guy who gladly took Control and genuinely thinks he's doing a grand job??  Listen he could so easily have said no, even when it was apparent that he wasn't upto the job.  The fact he is so incompetant at the job and think he deserves to stay on tells us everything we need to know. 

 

Unfortunately for me he has took the praise when it was warranted as well as the stick so therefore deserves to be treated the same way as any manager of us would be treated serving up the push he regularly does
