It IS forthcoming though. Clubs have been briefed that is the position the board will take.

So it has been decided by the board already? Who has been briefing clubs about this and what is their authority for doing so?

The rules are read on their own. One rule has no effect on others. The relevant rule here is c38.

You better tell the SPFL then because that's not what they are telling clubs.

Watched Sunday Supplement and they all seem to think the UK leagues will be played to a conclusion this summer with the Euros being moved. 

If that’s the case, I can only see it being behind closed doors as the virus will reach its peak in June.

Should just hand out money per league placings just now, null and void the season, sort out Europe places based on place in table and then start in August.

Which would mean no champion or relegation.

Players Union have confirmed players won't be allowed to play behind closed doors. If fans arent allowed in, players won't be allowed to play (per Fraser Wishart)
