Scotsman’s suggesting Cuco Martina – A rudimentary search for out of contract right-backs online draws up the Dutch-born defender who left Everton last summer. Alex Ferguson rated Simpson, good defender, but might struggle with the pace, and doesn't score, so would be different from Tav. May aswell give one of our kids a shot if really needed. Already fit, know the system etc. Still think Balogun will do a job and then depending on the Patterson suspension. It would take him minimum 8 weeks to get up to fitness and would likely injure himself in the process. I dont think we will sign anyone but if we do it'll be someone form UK.
