Yes that’s the bit I also mentioned but keep reading the site and you’ll get to the section re the unvaccinated. It all needs to be read in context with all the other information. Im desperate to get back into Germany and would loved to be proven wrong on this. Sakala is now maybe fully vaccinated ‘if’ that was the reason from before, have the team team travelled yet ? No it all needs to be read together. The way the guidance has been written is unclear to be honest and that’s for all the countries on the list. I’ve had to jump through 3 different hoops going to turkey, Spain and Portugal over the last two months, it’s a nightmare to interpret. graeme_4

It’s valid if you came to the UK from a high risk country then a few days later you decided to travel to Germany. You need to do the tests as stated but you then need to comply with the specifics on if you’re vaccinated or unvaccinated. If you’re vaccinated and had the negative tests then no problem you get in. If you’re unvaccinated you only get in if your test is negative and you are a German citizen; the spouse/partner/child under 18 of a German citizen; a resident of Germany; the spouse/partner/child under 18 of a resident of Germany; serve in an important role; or have an urgent need to travel. It'll be 2 at most, or more likely Sakala upfront with Kent tasked with getting up to support him, and 4 in midfield thinking about possession and defensive shape more than attacking. As i said earlier id pglay a 3,5,2 but the gaffer is more than partial to a 4,3,3. Usually when arfield plays that role he leads the press, its what we do well and i think Gio has learned this now. Canny see your 442 but you never know.
BuffaloUSAGers 1,441
Any lineup without Glen Kamara in it is preferred. He cannot be trusted in a game of this magnitude, and the one thing we cannot do on Thursday is make stupid careless mistakes. Davis Jack and Lundstrom in midfield it is. The entry requirements that @Bad Robot posted are correct. Proof of recovery in the last 180 days is acceptable to enter the EU, but EU countries are allowed to have their own rules and Germany does not allow travellers from the UK to enter the country unless fully vaccinated or meeting the exemption criteria he posted above.
