This squad was on a high at the end of last season after the Euro run. We have nosedived this season. Below par signings, injuries and a general lack of confidence in the squad has hit us really hard. Hopefully Beale will give us the fresh imputous we need. He was not my choice to be honest due to his lack of experience but Beale has it in him to be a great manager in the medium term. If we win silverware this season then that will go some way to proving he has the bottle to be a Rangers manager. From there he can start a rebuild in the summer and win title 56.
