Get her to document everything. Get her to then sign off with stress/mental health reasons (solicitors will probably advise this) while the case is getting built against him and the company for letting it continue. A decent solicitor will take them to the cleaners and your misses will walk away with a decent payout and a guarantee of good references for future employment. That's the best way to deal with workplace arseholes. Few NDAs will be signed and you won't be able to speak of it again in public. The absolute last thing the company will want will be media coverage of a woman being bullied/harassed in the workplace. Stuff like that sticks. I know a girl that went through something similar and the company tried to force her out through "poor performance" to save face when in reality she was a nervous wreck and riddled with anxiety, that all changed the moment they got served a notice by her solicitor and she got a very decent payout and walked into another job a few months later.
