ianb1547 3,767
As an ex-ref.........I have to say ...the ref today was outstanding. kept his cards in his pocket at the right time..... let the game flow...........he was superb ok....he got the 'throw in ' wrong.......... but that's football........ I would score him 9/
ElBufalo20 7,892
Bit generous there. Did ok Dunno how Boyata never got booked. Brown got away with a few too many challenges too

Bris Koyd 50
Whoever it was who halfed Barrie Mckay from behind should have been off.
Drumloyal 14,967
Was inconsistent, with cards. However, he did do us a favour in the throw in. I do think that was in spite of his best efforts though.
AlBear. 8,499
Fair play. It could have turned into one of those games all about the ref instead of the game. Barely noticed him tbh.
HG5 11,113
He's been worse, but still booked ours but let theirs off for similar offences. Did he warn Boyata like 3 times?

Johansen and I was thinking the same, in any other game it might have been given, refs never want to dish out a red in old firm games if they think they can avoid it. Dan Deacon 55,215
I'm still raging that at tav didn't get the chance to control and shoot in the "2 mins" of added time

Often refs get a bad rap, but there is so much pressure on a referee and technology in football isn't on the level that it is in other sports to help a referee make an informed decision. The way that I saw it though, it was a tackle from behind with no attempt to play the ball, stopping a potential goal scoring opportunity. Poetry_In_Blue 1,043
Ref wasn't too bad and he was spot on with the throw in that led to McKay's goal

If Celtic did get that throw who's to say what would have happened just sour grapes and excuses at the ready.
Inigo 32,526
Was OK. Tav booking and Boyata lack thereof were blots.

Oh and e over ruled his linesman.

ianb1547 3,767
I love the fact that footy is about opinions..................... some we get.................. some we don't.................... today was our day. thought ref contributed to a great footy match.........it wasn't all about him.....which has often been the case in the past
geronimoo 1,474
Yeah he gave them a a Freekick when Law had an accidental handball outside our box then a few mins later a celtic player did the same and it was play on guys.
