Should We Sign A New Left Back?

I don't think singing players "just for backup" in part of Warburton's philosophy.

As he's said, everyone who's here needs to get game time and they all have a part to play. We don't have players who are there just for backup.

For singing jingle bells at the Club Xmas party?

I think we have enough cover within the squad for the Championship; not so sure about the Premier though. But, MW has already said he likes a lean, competitive squad so i don't think that equates to 2 players for each position.

More likely a smaller number of players who can play in a number of positions.

Halliday will cover there once Eustace signs.

I wouldn't move Haliday he's been great for us at that position plus he has a goal in him.

Always seems a player who could be MOTM every week but not get really the plaudits.

I thought he would have dropped Holt into fullback to keep the attacking style of play going. I would also have thought Wilson would be better at LB than Ball as left footed. (tu)

I thought that as well as we have used Wilson on the left Before, i thought Ball did reasonable well and at one point seemed to be thinking he was a striker.
