bombaybadboy08 15,660
Good article.Would be good to hear what the script is with this bus deal, I doubt Park would charge a fortune but would still like to hear it confirmed and why they promised directors wouldn't get contracts then went against it. If the club are saving money then brilliant, but don't make thick promises you're unlikely to keep.

eejay the dj 31,964
100% on the money .Any bear that disagrees with this needs to have a word with themselves .Covers all my thoughts exactly .Yes give credit for Management restructuring resulting in watching better quality football ,so far .That is all good and well but it is imperative this board are held accountable for all the Murrayesque tactics that they have been guilty of so far .The building bridges tactics with our enemies won't work long term. The favouritism towards Parks buses is just predicable in a way .Think we will see much more of this kind of self interest going forward. If these two have us going back to the old days of David Murrays time in charge and ignoring the attacks on us ,then we are truly fucked long term .When we eventually get back into Europe . The calls for us being punished will make the previous attacks seem like a whisper .

Parks of Hamilton were the contractor for as far as I can remember until recently. Each to their own mate but I'd rather focus my attention on enjoying the football from our football team rather than which bus company is transporting them around the country. The football is good but we can never forget the last 3 years.I hadn't read the article mate. I just replied to one of the comments before I opened it. Whether I read it or not though my point would still be the same. We've been wrapped up in all this petty stuff for too long. Let's enjoy what we're actually Rangers fans for. To watch football. Things seem pretty good just now. Hopefully the support can ease away from all this stuff. I understand interest in serious financial goings on but not which bus company takes us from A to B. What happened to engaging the fans with transparency .Totally bull shitted us with that one me thinks

brazz1972 397
So the SD contract doesn't bother you either? Or is that different because its not a "Rangers man"How are they anywhere near the same??The sports direct contract is a major dent on our income thanks to the previous people in power. The bus contract is the company that take us to away games. It is also the same company who were our bus contractor up until all the recent shite. As I said, I understand people keeping a close eye on major things but petty stuff like this is silly imo.
Bluefarm 1,055
The article isn't a criticism of the board as such. It's more a reminder that no board will get away with jobs for the boys ever again.Great decision on appointing the manager. However their dignified silence approach is a worrying sign.
