Acceptable punishment

Like the rest of our fans I would be absolutely sick to see even one title or cup removed, but I do see this as a last resort if we are found guilty.

My own opinion would be that a 10pts deduction for the next 3 or even 4 years would be a more suitable punishment.

As far as the transfer embargo I think we should accept this subject to the embargo starting 1/9/12 which gives Ally time to expand the squad.

Would you agree?

No.

We have already had enough punishment in that incase you have forgotton we have,

- been deducted 10 points,

- had an illegal punishment thrown at us,

- received the maximum fines available,

- had our most valuable players taken away for zero in return,

- and lastly been dumped in the third divison.

So again.

NO. WE'VE BEEN PUNISHED ENOUGH.

Dont you realise thats the whole reason theyre coming out with this take the titles shite, so we brick it and accept anything. They know if it comes down to it well do anything but let them take our titles, we need to stop talking about this shite and ignore it. They might take the titles away out of spite but everyone the world over will know we won them and ceptic didnt. So please stop playing into their hands with this paranoia. 3 midden celtic players have mentioned taking titles but no official from the SFA/SPL/SFL has said anything about it.

IF found guilty of dual contracts the punishment should be:

- a warning not to do it again

And the SPL should tighten up on their rule book, clearly stating the punishment if found guilty.

Just to be clear - no competitive advantage has been gained from not disclosing. If we had disclosed, the same players would have been paid the same amounts. Its just this would have given HMRC evidence that they were contractual payments and thus paid more tax. We got tax advice suggesting contrary.

If the club gets any more punishments I suggest that we aa a fan base march to Hampden when Regan and Doncaster are both in and we dish out some of our own punishment, lets see how the fucking little bitches feel about punishment then, oh and just in case the fucking feds, tims or any other fucking Scottish Government agency is reading this of course I mean non violent punishment :wanker:

Stick your Scottish laws up your fucking socialist Republican arses :uk:

I can't argue about already being punished enough, although like it or not the next lot of santions will be EBT related.

All that has been thrown at us so far is in connection with Admin and the Newco.

Disagree totally. It has not yet been shown that we have done anything wrong in relation to the EBTs. We will only have breached SPL rules if there was some kind of second contract entitling the players to additional payments from the EBT. As I understand it, the EBT allowed the players to borrow sums in addition to their contractual pay but they did not have a contractual right to it so there was no 'second contract'.

Any kind of points deduction for this or subsequent seasons would be a sanction too far. We have been punished enough already and deserve to start off in Division 3 with a clean slate.

Re the transfer embargo, I would be prepared to accept as a compromise that for the next two transfer windows we should only be allowed to sign out of contract players. In other words, no new signings which involve a transfer fee.

No more punishments fuc##in HEE HAW

"Sink us & we will sink you" as I keep stating play the long game as we seem to be doing.

They(SFA/SPL/SFL) have more to lose, if they don't grant the licence and suspend us (aye right).

We are already sparking a T.V clamber and nothing decided yet.

No Surrender :crabflute:

The only thing the club did wrong was to have more money outgoing than ingoing thanks to the debt accumulated by Craig Whyte. Being sent to Division 3 is not a punishment, any team that has had their company liquidated is removed from the league structure and any new company has the right to apply to Division 3 and be accepted or denied based on what they bring to the league. We were financially the best option for the other clubs in that league so we were chosen.

As for other punishments we did nothing to warrant them. EBTs were legal and widespread at the time and declared in our accounts so there is no basis for sanctions there. If they were against SFA rules then the SFA should have put a stop to them when we submitted them in our accounts for the first time. At worst they were administered incorrectly in which case we would have had to pay tax and penalties on them which would be a fair sanction but as the company has been liquidated the "big tax case" is irrelevant now.

The charge of bringing the game into disrepute was based on media frenzy and the anger of the opposing fans based on false information. The disruption to the Scottish game is because they were over reliant on us to begin with and not because of any crimes of ours.

Any transfer embargo or point deduction in my eyes is totally unfair and is based on rhetoric rather than judicial process.

No embargo, no points deductions, no stripping of titles.

They can take a running fuck to themselves.

Seems they've got you all conditioned to getting gang raped all ends up.

Fight everything.
