Just thinking how Gio got a lot more time from the fans, but when you have had a playing career like his, some success as a manager and are a thoroughly nice guy, it buys you a bit of breathing room.
Being a thoroughly unlikeable novice with no career achievements to speak of, if you don’t get results from the off you run out of road really fucking quickly

On the one hand I doubt the board would act this quickly as we’ve never done so before, on the other I’ve never seen this level of unified vitriol from the fans this early on. He is going before the end of the season, up to the board to be brave and do it quickly or drag it out til things get much worse. Hope to be pleasantly surprised in the next day or 2.
