It's baffling. Nothing on the STV news and slipping down the tabloid pages at speed.

You know me, I try my best not to be paranoid. But this is presented proof that arguably the greatest ever manager in Scottish football () covered up child abuse. That sellic covered it up. You see baxk in those days you had celtic boys club, celtic north boys club sure there was one other one. You also had rangers supporters boys club , which I was part of snd lately the actual football club. They were separate entities but closely linked and we used to get player alike Davie Provan , boaby  shearer etc to our player of years dances in the wee rangers club .. so although they were separate they were very closely linked snd shared information of.the progression of players etc.  

So look a not.saying that there system worked the dame was as ours but that's how I recall it.

Apparently you can claim within two years of coming forward to the  police snd making a statement and signing it. After that it's a bit of a no go zone but due to the nature of.of.the complaint, this is where the government and legal system should be upholding complaints against the alleged perpetrator and his club either for turning a.blind eye to it, not advising the authorities or in neely cas rhe.fact that hibs with held information deliberately to his new employer ,ie  rangers

Living in Canada I'm not up to date with political machinations but I remember reading on one of these earlier threads that the Government were making moves to scrap that two year to file a complaint rule and being replaced by a no limit to how far back that the abuse was committed, can anyone enlighten me on that please, if that is the case it could be that lawyers are advising their clients to wait until the police investigation is complete before filing a claim, a huge class action suit could be the way to go.
