Just finished my first 9 holes of golf in over two years since my spinal surgery.
Interesting is how I would describe it. 3 pars, countless shanks but my chipping n putting was tremendous.
Before the surgery I was playing off 1 and know I'm a million miles from that but just great to be hitting balls again. 
Just need to work on the timing part n it will come a think.

Sorry but hell-mend them and anyone gullible enough to pay into the fund (even if they they have good people's money who handed it over with the best intentions) ... there was people who I've still a lot of time for to this day across at Ibrox handing out the RangersFirst flyers when it was taking off all full of optimism trying to get me involved and I was as blunt as possible when telling them to put them away and save their cash. I take no joy saying told you to those people ... some others, fuck them.

Out in Florida. It's a must for any golfers. Some great courses
two more rounds to go then get the waterproofs looked out for our new season in Scotland
