I think the Goat should just go.
I mean I like you and all, I think you're a great guy but your posts are just not up to it.
You get your point across which is all we can really ask of you but its just not done with any style. I honestly don't think you'll get anywhere long term, if you go now we might get someone in who can really type neatly, and make concise, succinct posts with little or no grammatical errors.
Its tough turning up here week in, week out and just not being entertained like we should be. It doesn't matter that some of the other posters are obstinate and won't give an inch. Indeed they pack the board with substandard posts because if they were to open up in debate properly, they'd get their arses handed to them. Its true what they say, sometimes you can only argue with the what's in front of you and at a level that gets the job done. Still, when a better quality poster comes along, you get to open up and express yourself better, but I just don't think you're up to it. In fact I fear we'd all get embarrassed and we would rather you go now and we look for someone else. Preferably another loyal Rangers man, but with more style.
Thanks for everything. We love you, but you're just not a poster.

Just off the phone to Falkirk they said they will welcome tri colours and any colours to the game. Hats flags for the spirit of the cup. It should be a tv game too. Cant wait to show Daly my support and remove bigotry out of Scotland and Ireland in a oner

Well done the big man. He's doing a great job and getting on with things. I dont care what his background is, all that counts is he does us a turn and he is doing that and long may it continue.

Ill be there with my tri colour flag bud nobody will stop me. Each colour im writing a word Jon Daly Goals. If that message gets across I can see fellow bears lapping this up and show the world we are a club for all countries. Kick bigotry out.

Some people are amazing. Post what you like about child abuse, mental illness, cancer, child abductions or whatever else and nobody bats ab eyelid, but post a tongue in cheek ROI flag on a Jon Daly thread and you're not a bear any more.

How many years did SAF have before winning a trophy with Man U? And he was an experienced manager with a European trophy to his credit. And he didn't have to put up with a transfer embargo etc. Ffs give Ally a decent chance. He proved today he CAN turn it round.

fantastic comeback , great result in the end . Sounded like loads of talking points , bookings , goals, poor defending , great finishes , sending offs , timely substitutions ,going through every emotion under the sun , but that enough about the football can we get straight back to the boardroom politics

Don't you be obsessed about them being obsessed. I will wager you the majority were rangers supporters that were not logged on for many reasons just keeping an eye on the score.

Some complacency setting in here. Remember last seasons predictions we'd win every game ?
Agreed we are much better now, and playing at a different standard, but every games still there to be fought for. Also want to keep the respect for all these smaller clubs who have welcomed us without prejudice.
Saying that, we are on a good run so looking forward to another, hopefully comfortable victory.

Err the accounts (backed up bythe auditors) have a going concern statement in the acounts - basically that means we aint going bust - also NOTHING in the commentary that suggests any significant issues going forward - in fact the accounts are kinda upbeat. Income will go up, costs will be reduced - we will be (my opinion only) close to breakeven if not slightly above. There is cash to cover operational needs (cash flow tends to be what kills of company's) - I doubt Boss (or anyone else can tell you much different from what is in the account commentary). It's a OK first set of results with a reasonable looking future.

For me this puts me off the fence and behind the current board. When you take the one off costs and costs of things like getting rid of bocanegra etc, then couple that with coaching staff agreeing to wage cuts that have been widely publicised. I dont think we are in bad shape at all, in fact we are within the 5 year plan that we were told about.
In terms of directors wages and non playing staff, the shareholders at the AGM has the ability to do something about this if the wish.
    Well done

I think being able to bring on the likes of McKay and Templeton if needed will be more influential than bringing on Smith and Crawford.
Whether I'm happy with the selection or not I'd rather see how we perform, at least for 1 half, till I go around chastising the decisions.

Reading this thread - makes me want a dictictorial owner with 100% control - Can you imagine fan ownership the way some go on!
At least with a single owner we know who to throw mud at - seems we throw a lot of mud at our own..... and I am not talking about differing opinions - debate, even from widly disparate points of view, is valid, but gets personalised all the time.
Chris Graham was a breath of fresh air when he started speaking about the club - but rather than support that some wanted to miro-manage it, Chris defends himself and a slanging match ensues and now, like the board room battles I have no idea who is right or wrong.
Oh and use of the 'C' word is shocking (unless in the very occasional and witty rejoinder, but even then perhaps should not be used!)

For information ... the image that ctsamomusa included a conversation I (@Acemcl) had with Chris regarding a post about Frankie in here.
I stated that the lunatics have taken over the asylum (IMO) in that there are certain posters on RM that will turn any thread about RST/Chris Graham etc into an all out slagging match, personal insults will fly in both directions & basically I felt that many threads were completely ruined because they were always turned towards personality clashes rather than the actual topic at hand (see the Charles Green leaves thread as a classic case in point)
I have always liked RM, even written for it (long time ago now) and have always enjoyed the openness it allowed, however, recently that permissive stance has, again IMO, been abused by posters (in both camps) allowing a free-for-all in threads to turn into quagmires of insults.
I do hope that, one day, we can get back to discussing football & not a lot else.
