Very good question. Personally I think he's made a cracking start. I would say I'm more realistic than some and don't expect us to be the finished article right away and challenging celtic straight away. I think he's went about his early business in a way that is very remisncent to the way Walter addressed the side in 07 after Le Guen. Straight he identified the spine of the team and the defence and made us so far look hard to beat. Exactly what Walter did, and I believe its absolutely the way to go. We don't have the funds or the necessary quality to go toe to toe with celtic in a pure football match but what we can do is grind out results, be hard to beat and match them for work rate etc. Expect him to make mistakes but he's been a class act since coming in and I hope he's given the right backing and support from both fans and the board going forward as I really believe he's turning us round.

Jack was quality, but also could have improved good to see. McGregor, Katic and Morelos note worthy mentions aswell.

A real striker, goalscorer (potentially Sadiq) would prefer to have a couple of them aswell. Think we lack a mobile number 10 type who can open up defences. If you compare us to celtic that's the two areas where they are head and shoulders above us at the moment upfront and that number 10 role. I think we've strengthen enough in the other areas to compete with them in those areas.

I still believe Windass is the most talented player at the club, he'll frustrate but there's an undoubted talent there. He should have a had a hat trick mind. Getting to the point of being done with Morelos.

It's something that should be a total given, however given the last few years, I hope the respect they have for Gerrard this is transfered onto the pitch for the entire season.

Reckon it's between Gouldson, Mcgregor or Tavernier.

Improvement on Foderingham. Don't care who we've got as long as this gets us stopping celtic down the line. Would not surprise me to see him skippering the side next season.

We have nobody rattled. We are still a laughing stock in most quarters, and see us as an easy target. We'll only have anyone rattled when we have things clicking both on and off the park, which we're a million miles away from.

Comfortable 2nd place finish. Signs that the gap between us and them is closing. A couple of wins against them. A respectable European run. A cup win or at least a cup final appearance. A squad/first team looking more and more like a title winning perhaps the following season, with additional signings. Steven Gerrard still incharge. This would be a successful season.

I want a statement. A statement that Murty has left/resigned/sacked whatever, couldn't care less. Something that isn't the status quo that we're no doubt going to get.

What season has been more embarrassing for the club? The season in the Championship with McCoist etc under Ashley and Lambias? Or this season under Caixinha/Murty, with the results against Progres, the semi final, yesterday, McInnes fiasco?

This is utterly ridiculous. I'll go out on a limb and suggest we'll get nothing officially from the club until Murtys pre match press conference for the Killie game.

The event should have been cancelled and money refunded to those who bought tickets. Any board with any sort of dignity and common sense would have taken this approach. Ridiculous.

Far better player. Morelos done more when he came on yesterday in 5 minutes than Cummings did the whole 90 mins he was involved.
