Giving him the penalty against them in the cup was one of the worst decisions ever. Knew he was missing

As a fan personally I’d never want him on penalties for a striker with the goal record he has he’s wildly inconsistent with his finishing and rarely strikes the ball clean or composed, it’s why imo all his best goals stick out so much because they tend to be the ones he actually hit the ball well.
Then again he probably would still score a shit load of them just hammering them lol.

True however if he wasn't so injury prone it's unlikely he'd be playing in Scotland. 

Not just that, his movement in and around the box is immense, he finds wee pockets of space at just the right moment he needs it,

Its weird amongst Rangers fans I kept seeing it being said his goals came in qualifiers etc yet not many of them did, there’s thins thing to downplay Alfie and anything he does/has done.
 
I get why people don’t like him etc but to be our record European goal scorer is some achievement.
when we pumped that Belgian side in the 55 season I think we scored 8 or 9 over 2 legs and he had an involvement in 7 or 8 of the goals.
I get people don’t like him that’s fine but he’s had some top performances as a striker in europe for us, dortmund, Porto, feyenoord to name but a few

I'm just annoyed we are losing him for nothing. Even if we had sold for a couple of million in January it would have been good business.
