So why is his rolling contract still rolling ?
It should be changed to a fixed term with renewal based on merit.
As time goes by it gets cheaper to get rid if needed or it can be extended if that is considered a better option.
I see no reason this can't be done and would either reduce the cost of sacking them or allow them to continue as is.

The rebels would like to believe most Rangers fans are not renewing but that was always unlikely.
There will be about 20,000 already and there is always a big rush at the deadline as folk get round to renewing.
There will be well over 30k by then.
